Built on Cape Town's most demanding sites.
Our clients are predominantly high-net-worth individuals who value their privacy as much as their home. We do not photograph or publish their properties. What we can show you is the calibre of terrain and the scale of project we build for, area by area.
Areas of work
Across these areas, we lead builds of considerable scale and technical complexity, each shaped by its own site constraints and demands.

Higher than most will ever build.
Multi-levelled homes built into some of the steepest, most technically demanding slopes in Cape Town, where engineering and sequencing carry as much weight as the finish.

Tucked among ancient oaks, where estates become heirlooms.
Established family estates and considered renovations, where the brief is often about respecting an existing structure while rebuilding it to a new standard.

Where the Atlantic meets your doorstep.
Compact, high-value builds and renovations where every square metre and every access constraint is planned for before ground is broken.

Among our current work is a multi-levelled home built into the slope of Lion's Head: a project that called for extensive retaining and foundation engineering before a single wall could go up, coordinated interior and exterior finishes to a top-end standard, and a delivery programme planned around one of the most restrictive sites in the city. Details of specific projects are held back at our clients' request. It is this calibre of technical difficulty and finish, not any single address, that defines our work.
