When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, and any project details or files you choose to share. We do not collect payment or financial information through this website.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
How we store and protect it
Enquiry information submitted through this site, including any files you attach, is sent securely to Formspree, the service we use to receive website enquiries, and from there to our email. Formspree is based in the United States, so your information is transferred to and stored outside South Africa when you submit the form. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, unauthorised access, and misuse.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and client information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes above, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under POPIA, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your information, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Client and site photography
Team Austin does not publish photography, addresses, or identifying details of client properties without explicit, separate consent from the client concerned.
Cookies
This site uses only essential functionality required for the site to operate. It does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
