The Project Management Team is led by Douglas Austin (BSC Constr. Mgmt. PMP). Chris Krauss and Johannes Erasmus are our Project Managers. Project Foremen are Raoul, Dewald, Pierre, Hameed, Victor and Kenny. Lucielle is the office manager supported by Ayesha.
Together we bring decades of experience to every project. We combine professional project management with a dedicated construction team. As a NHBRC registered builder, we pride ourselves in our building works, from start to finish, to well after that.
Team Austin’s portfolio of projects range from multi-levelled top-end homes on the highest slopes of Lion’s Head, to simpler home renovations and new home builds. We offer our clients a very personal and comprehensive construction service, with each contract professionally co-ordinated and managed.
